The CIE A Granxa is orientated towards hosting new companies, on a lease basis, for a maximum period of four years, for companies located in office, and for five years for companies located in the industrial premises area.
Who can set up at the Cie?
- Newly created companies or companies with less than 1 year of activity..
- Companies or projects with a viable company plan.
- Companies not involved in retail trade, nor in troublesome, harmful or dangerous activities.
- Companies that are not a branch of another previously established company..
